CURRABEG

Before we came to Currabeg, it was previously the training facility that the legendary John Oxx sent out almost 2000 winners from, including 152 Listed and 137 Group winners. Among these are 37 Group 1 wins. In more recent years, the fairytale season of 2009 with Sea The Stars demonstrated that Mr Oxx from Currabeg was one of the greatest trainers of all time.

 

Currabeg is ideally situated on the edge of the rolling plains of The Curragh. The yard has easy access to the Curragh racecourse, home of The Irish Classics.
